Monday through Friday at 2:00 PM Central Time. UPS does not deliver Saturday or Sunday. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box – You must give us
a street Address. You may choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. All Orders placed on Friday before 2:00 PM Central Time for
Next Day Air shipment are scheduled for delivery on Monday. The tracking number for your shipment will be emailed to you.
We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. We also offer payment by Google Speed Checkout and Paypal payments -
Paypal requires shipping to a Confirmed Address.

Our canes are not intended to be used for full support. Canes are intended to be used for balance. This does not replace your Doctors
recommendation. Please call us if you have any questions. Lengths and approximate shaft thickness are given to guide you in selecting your cane.

International Orders:
Shipping to the United States and Canada only. For all other International orders, please email us for information. By placing an international order,
the customer assumes responsibility for all customs and brokerage charges if applicable. Our charges cover shipping charges only. Customers who
refuse the shipment will have the return shipping charges deducted from the refund.
Warranty:
French products have a lifetime guarantee with the manufacturer against manufacturing defects. After 30 days products must be sent to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement for manufacturing defects. This does not include the Laguiole Style Knives.
Return Policy:
Laguiole Southwest will accept returns received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in original
condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. No returns on cut or altered canes. Credit will be issued to the card used to make the purchase -
no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping charges.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any conditions.
All returns must be sent back only by UPS. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an item. Please put the Return
Authorization Number on the return shipping label.
Walking Stick Return Policy:
Laguiole Southwest will accept returns received at our warehouse within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in original
condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. No returns on cut or altered canes. Credit will be issued to the card used to make the purchase -

Refused Delivery:
Any order that is refused by the customer when UPS delivers will be charged the return shipping charge.
