RETURN POLICY:
Laguiole Southwest will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in
original condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. No returns on cut or altered canes. Credit will be issued to
the card used to make the purchase - no cash refunds. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return
shipping charges.
All returns must be sent back by UPS only. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an
item. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the return shipping label.
Lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects on all products. After 30 days products must be sent to the
manufacturer for repair or replacement for manufacturing defects.
REFUSED DELIVERY:
Any order that is refused by the customer when UPS delivers will be charged the shipping charge and an equal amount
return shipping charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International Orders shipping outside the United States and Canada have a minimum product dollar amount of $100.00.
By placing an international order, the customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route and is responsible for all
customs and brokerage charges. Our charges cover shipping charges only. Customers who refuse the shipment will
have the return shipping charges deducted from the refund.
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
