which states that the knives are being purchased pursuant to the above conditions and signed by the
purchaser must be included (see below).To do this effectively, make a photo copy of your request on
letterhead with your ID. Also photo copy the above statement and add that you agree to the above
conditions and that the knives are being sold pursuant to those conditions. After verification of these
facts, your knives will be sent. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause, however this is
what our government requires for the sale of such knives. Thank you!
